Terms of Service

 Here are my basic guidelines for accepting a commission job. Don't hesitate to get in touch with me via email if you need to clarify anything listed or missing here.

•     All the commission's prices and terms displayed above are for personal use only. For commercial use contact me directly via email.
  
•     Services will only start after payment has been processed— I usually charge Full price upfront,  or Half at Start of service, depending on what we agree upon.
•     The Client must specify the content and purpose of their Commission to the best of their ability prior to a Commission Agreement. I will give you an estimated time of completion based on my schedule and the complexity of the request.
•     I reserve all creative right of the commissioned art and any preliminary designs and incidental works made in the creation of the Commission. The client may not sell, distribute, edit, alter, or trace the Commission without my expressed written permission, unless it was agreed upon in  prior to Start of Work.
  
•     I reserve the right to decline requests, based on my guidelines and schedule.
•     No refunds will be issued if the client contracted my services and changed their mind during the process.
•     I reserve the right of abandoning the project in case of any offensive behavior or lack of communication after 10 days.
